We have an ISA server 2004 system and a Windows Server 2008 Standard machine running the firewall client for ISA server 2004. <br />

The Windows Server 2008 machine reports that 'Firewall Client for ISA Server 2004 has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows'. Does anyone know what this compatibility issue is? <br />

I know that Microsoft say that ISA Server 2004 is not supported on Windows Server 2008 clients but they don't say why. Our 2008 machine is hanging regularly and I would like to know if that's related to the firewall client for ISA server 2004.<br />
