Autologon via GPO

We are running Windows 2003 AD on 2003 Domain Controllers.

I would like to implement a GPO that enables Autlogon for machines in a certain OU. The user account is: domain\User1.

I would have thought this would be straightforward via GPO, but it seems it's not looking at Internet.

Does anyone have any recommended methods?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I do not have a direct answer but ff you need these auto logged in because there are required apps/processes that run at stratup I would consider making these applications/processes windows services so a login is not rquired.

If this is indeed what you are wanting to achieve then reaqd this thread

If not ignore my comments ;)
