Export Access to SQL

I recently built an Access 2007 database, and I would like to export the tables, so I may import them via phpMyAdmin. Any ideas on how to do this? Each export format I select does not seem to be correct, thus I receive an error and none of the data imports.

Is it possible to export my table into a .sql file?

I am somewhat computer illiterate, when it comes to complicated tasks as such, so the more detail the better chance I will understand your proposed solution.

php seems to like DBF files or Excel.  Pick a format with which you are comfortable and  use the Create External Data option to send the table out.
