OWA and authenticating to multiple servers behind an ISA firewall

I have a mail record pointing to the external ISA IP address and OWA and RPC over HTTP relaying back to one of three mail servers in the organization. The problem is that users on the other two mail servers cannot access the web access or OWA or the RPC setup. Any ideas. Ive tried to install the certificate on all three mail servers but from the outside, no love. I have the server that is working with the registry hacks and 'back end set up as I technically have no back end front end set up.

Which version of Exchange?

If you have multiple mailbox servers then you need to have a seperate front end server (if exchange 2003) or Client Access server (Exchange 2007/2010)
You would then point your ISA server to this CAS server and it would service requests for all the mailbox servers.
