Little problem that is happening on a BES server of ours.<br />

A user complains of not being able to access her emails on her blackberry, after looking into the issue and going trough the basic restart and service books we found that the &quot;folders to redirect&quot; option had set itself to Sent Items and nothing else.<br />
<br />
Selected Sent items and Inbox and all was working again. A month later (around that time) it deselects Inbox and leaves Sent Items again on the folder redirection.<br />
<br />
Any ideas what may be causing this?<br />

BES Server is V4.1.6.15 and has 11 Users.<br />
Server is Windows Server 2003 R2, Dual Core Opteron, Processor 2212, 2Gb RAM.<br />
