Cisco Unity 7.0(2), "This voice message is secure and can be played only by using a Cisco Unity supported client. If you received this message in error, delete it immediately and notify the sender."

I am currently running cisco unity 7.0(2)ES35.  When users in my office leave internal voicemails, and they try to listen to them from their outlook they hear the following message:

“This voice message is secure and can be played only by using a Cisco Unity supported client. If you received this message in error, delete it immediately and notify the sender.”

They can listen to their internal voicemail on the IP Phone itself no problem.  They can also listen to messages from external callers both via email and the IP phone.  It's just when users try to listen to internal messages via their outlook.  I recently did an upgrade to ES35 to get ready for exchange 2010.  I don't know if it worked before the upgrade or not, because we don't normally leave internal messages.  Any ideas on how to fix this.  Thanks.
