I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

From past experience of using Blackberry Enterprise Software, it's always been very messy.

I am guessing it will be a full uninstall of the Enterprise edition and then an install of enterprise express.

Maybe someone else here knows otherwise.

RIM has a tool to migrate users called Blackberry Enterprise Transporter Tool.
Here is a link to RIM's site explaining how to use it.

http://docs.blackberry.com/en/admin/deliverables/7534/index.jsp?name=BlackBerry+Enterprise+Transporter+-+Installation+and+Administration+Guide+-+BlackBerry+Enterprise+Server+Resource+Kit5.0&language=English&userType=2&category=BlackBerry+Enterprise+Server+Resource+Kit&subCategory=

I also found a site with some screen shots on how to use it, the site is a very long page youll have to scroll about half way down to get to the section on the Transporter Tool.
