Hi,
I've no idea what SQR might be, but I know this kind of error from other environments.
In almost any case the cause is as simple as not being logged in as the right user.
So, under which account did you run your program?
There is certainly a particular account whose environment is set up to provide all necessary variables for "SQR" to run.
Check it out!

Looks like you need to copy PSSQR.INI to c:\windows.

Ok so the problem with connectivity is fixed now, but there is another problem.

Whenver I try to run a simple SQR Program:

begin-program
print 'Hello, World.' (1,1)
end-program

The output is in the file called Hwlloworld.lis file.
I want to get the output on my Results window.

Do I have to set any config variables set up.

Any kind of help is greatly appreciated

I'm not an SQR expert. My PeopleSoft is ancient and not worth much anymore. My SQR is even worse.

I'm afraid I'm down to Google-ing:

I went through the doc, but it has nothing related to the question I posted.

Oh well.  It was a shot.  You might want to close this question out and open a new one for the printing question.

Other experts might know how to answer the printing question that might not have been able to answer the SQRDIR question and ignored this one.
