Multiple email Aliases in Exchange 2007

We were just moved to a new inhouse Exchange server.   My email  address is in the form of first initial first name+lastname @company name, for example:, that goes to my mailbox jsmith

I also need to receive in the same mailbox as First and First  for example and

You'll need to configure your Exchange server to accept mail from if you haven't already: Organization Configuration|Hub Transport|Accepted Domains.

Then you can create a custom email address policy to add the new email address formats you desire.
