Multiple email Aliases in Exchange 2007

We were just moved to a new inhouse Exchange server.   My email  address is in the form of first initial first name+lastname @company name, for example: jsmith@company.com, that goes to my mailbox jsmith

I also need to receive in the same mailbox as First Name.Lastname@company.com and First Name.Lastname@company2.com  for example John.Smith@company.com and John.Smith@company2.com

Thanks!

You'll need to configure your Exchange server to accept mail from company2.com if you haven't already: Organization Configuration|Hub Transport|Accepted Domains.

Then you can create a custom email address policy to add the new email address formats you desire.

you can add as many email addresses, in different formats as you like in AD.
