Sorry I forogt to add,
I did remove KB98407 with no help.
I just found out that IIS admin service was disabled, I started the service. In my Client access OWA has appeared but it still doesnt open the page for me. The website keeps saying waiting for page to load and then it gives me http500 error.

Thank you,

The IIS admin service was disabled, so I enabled it.
Then I realized that the path for OWA is pointing to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\owa\Current
That must be the directory where it stores the old settings before an upgrade

It should be
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess
When I changed that, everything started working.
