Help with LINQ - Case Statement and Between

I have the following OLD code.... I need to translate into LINQ...
How do I do the case statement and between dates?

If there is a report date , I want to use that date in the BETWEEN

            SELECT *;
             FROM  flom!inv_mstr INNER JOIN flom!inv_det ;
               ON  Inv_mstr.inv_no = Inv_det.inv_no;
             ORDER BY Inv_mstr.inv_no, Inv_mstr.inv_dt;
              where between(iif(!empty(inv_mstr.report_date),inv_mstr.report_date,inv_mstr.pu_ship_dt),@FROM,@TO);

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

for between you can use something like
where @date > fromdate && @date <= @todate

Thanks and regards,
