Unable to open .TIF files from attachements in Outlook2007
I have two users using the same Windows 7 Ultimate PC and one user is able to open TIF attachments but the other user is not recieving the following error:
Cannot Create File: filename.tif.
Right-click the folder you want to create the file in and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.
Having done some searching I came accross the following article.

Having tried everything in the article, I am still experienceing the same problems. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this error?
Many thanks,
Nigel
