Getting error for a mailbox when starting up Outlook "Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I suspect it's not an Outlook or desktop issue since I can open my own profile on this machine without issues. This error comes up no matter what machine the user logs onto. The user is able to log on to their mailbox usign OWA with no issues. I gave myself full access to the mailbox and I added to my Outlook profile. I can open the mailbox through my folder list and open messages with no problems. I've tried opening Outlook in safe mode but I get the same message. Using Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007/2003. Any ideas?
