Keep format of text

I'm using a Telerik radeditor. I copy paste to it. My text has formatting. For example, i copy paste a resume. I click save and save it to SQL 2005 , a "text" field.

Now, I call the database, read the field back to a radeditor but **the formatting is gone.**
I have this link and I even did "paste from word"
http://demos.mcmscontrols.com/ASPNET/Editor/Examples/CleaningWordFormatting/DefaultCS.aspx

How can I keep the formatting? This is my telerik tag below
<telerik:RadEditor  Visible="false"  ToolsFile="Tools.XML" EnableResize="false"   EditModes="Design" Height="300px"  ContentAreaCssFile="../Css/RadEditor.css" StripFormattingOptions="None"  Skin="Default2006" Width="100%"   runat="server" ID="rdResumePaste" >
                     </telerik:RadEditor>

If you wanna Keep formatting you must save the editor contents in HTML Format to the database

say this can be done as

string _sContent = Radeditor1.Content; // Use Content , Instead of text

and while loading  from the database use the same technique

RadEditor1.Content = dbObject.toString();
