I am a one person IT department for a mid-sized manufacturing company. We currently use Syteline as our ERP system. This system is around 10 years old and we are looking to replace it with a new system in the near future.
I am the person that will be leading the new ERP system project. However, I have little knowledge in working with the ins-and-outs of an ERP system. We will be having meetings with a large number of our power users to discuss their needs and wants of a new system. However, people tend to leave out a number of important details. Therefore, I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of an ERP Checklist that I can use as a foundation to begin the process of this project.
