Auto save in Microsoft Office Excel?

I thought in Excel 2003 that there was an add in or an option to automatically save my document every 10 minutes or something like that.  I cannot find this option in Excel 2007.  Is it available?  If so, where do I change this option?

In excel 2007, You don't have auto save addin which works.
The best you can do is click on the office button at the top..go to excel options-->Then save-->and set the autorecover time. It works same as a concept of auto save. However the only difference is that it recovers your excel as a seprate copy in case your excel crashes.
