I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So far, I have installed the roles and features shown in this screenshot.

What else do I need to install and configure?

So far all of the documentation and reference guides that I have found on the internet provides details only for Windows Server 2008, NOT Windows Server 2008 R2, which is somewhat different that Server 2008.

Does anyone know where I can find documentation and reference guides dealing specifically with Server 2008 R2?

When you go to install RDS it shows you all the options (RDS Gateway, Session Host, Web Access, etc). Simply check 'Web Access' and whatever is required it will install for you.
There is really nothing else.
Then all you need is to go to its configuration and set it to retrieve the apps from the RDS SH or from the farm. Simple as that.
Users will then go to http://yourserver/rdweb.
