Outlook 2003 client not receiving prompt to send cancellation notice

We have one user, Outlook 2003 SP3 running on Exchange 2003 SP2.  When she cancels a meeting, she does not receive a prompt to send a cancellation notice to the attendees.  This applies to both single instance and recurring meetings.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

often a defective userprofile gives you such behaviours.
So try to delete (or rename) the Userprofile and check again.
