We have one user, Outlook 2003 SP3 running on Exchange 2003 SP2. &nbsp;When she cancels a meeting, she does not receive a prompt to send a cancellation notice to the attendees. &nbsp;This applies to both single instance and recurring meetings. &nbsp;Thanks in advance for any assistance.
