Why does my draft email have a sent time?

I have a problem with my Outlook 2007 SP2 install.

When I create a new message and then save it without sending. Outlook puts a Sent Time stamp on the email when printing.

This question was posted late last year by another member but was unresolved.

Any ideas why this is occuring?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes cached mode off doesn't have this problem. That is not a solution in this case though.
