I have a problem with a users laptop. They have a network printer as their default printer. The problem occurs when they are off site and cannot &quot;see&quot; this printer. When going into word and clicking PRINT, word hangs for 2 or 3 minutes. The easy fix is to change default printer but the client is insisting on keeping this as the default printer. The funny thing is that in other programs, EVEN including excel and powerpoint....this doesnt happen.<br />

Ive tried a complete uninstall/reinstall/detect<wbr /> and repair, deleted everything from the registry etc and no luck...HELP!

Word hanging when trying to print

Microsoft Word is a commercial document editing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite. It features numerous text-editing tools for creating richly formatted documents, along with tools for the use of macros in Word documents.
