You should contact WOWZA support directly if you need info on the setup configuration for Wowza. The two techniques for achieving lower latency (reduced buffering) flash streaming that I have seen posted on the public forums are as follows:
1. Increase the size of the send buffer.
2. Implement "Progressive Download"

Is there any limit to the video files uploaded any specific size ?
1) If your video script is n a directory called www.yoursite.com/video/
You upload your .FLV files to that directory to make them available to users.
