1) If your video script is n a directory called www.yoursite.com/video/
You upload your .FLV files to that directory to make them available to users.

I want to live stream an online TV like.
Like a live relay as it is coming on tv
There is a restriction on the size of that video file directly uploaded on the server www.domain.com/video
We need to use an intermediate software
I need someone to help me with Wowza
Please clarify your request.  Are you looking for a wowza host site, or do you have a host site in mind and need help setting up at that site? Or??
see if this link for wowza partners helps:    http://www.wowzamedia.com/partners.html

i have installed wowza on my server.....
There is alot of buffering .. any way to rectify ?
plz advice
You should contact WOWZA support directly if you need info on the setup configuration for Wowza.  The two techniques for achieving lower latency (reduced buffering) flash streaming that I have seen posted on the public forums are as follows:

1. Increase the size of the send buffer.
2. Implement "Progressive Download"
