I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

(0x8004010F)= can not be found.
Go to Exchange system manager and go to OAB > right click and update > see if you can update it...post if any error.
Run BPA just to find any problem with Sitefolderserver and to find any permission related issue.
Make sure Public folder store up and running.
go to adsiedit and locate the problematic user go to properties > find the value for legacyexchangeDN..post

go to run > adsiedit > configuration > services > exchange > org name > admin group > admingroup name > properties > look for sitefolderserver value and post

Make sure the mailbox database that your users are in has been assigned an Offline Address List:
from ESM do Properties on the Mailbox Store-->"General" tab-->offline address list:

by default this is normally "Default Offline Address List".

Right click on the OAB called "Default Offline Address List" under Recipients-->Offline Address Lists and select "Rebuild". View the "Server" listed and then open the application event log on that server and look for MSExchangeSA events with Category "OAL Generator". It should start with event 9117.

If you have multiple E2k3 servers you can try changing the OAB Generating server to a different one and then doing a rebuild. It is normally a good idea to have the OAB generating server as a public folder server.

Also, while you are doing Properties on the mailbox store to look at the "offline address list:" value, also have a look and make sure the "default public store" value is assigned and that public store is available.

does it have a valid server name next to it?
OR do properties on it and look and see if the "offline address list server" value is valid.

Is "Default Global Address List" listed in the "Address Lists:" window?

Where are you connecting from? Have you done a remote desktop session onto MUMEXCHANGE and are doing it from there?

Are you using an account that has Exchange Full Org Admin rights? If you RDP onto MUMEXCHANGE and try rebuild the offline Address Book, do you get the same error? Is it recording any events in the Application Event log?
