How do I set AspAllowOutOfProcComponents = true in IIS7?

HI

I get the following error with a classic ASP web page running on IIS7 (x64):

"Server object error 'ASP 0196 : 80040154'

Cannot launch out of process component

/admin/includes/image_classes.asp, line 196

Only InProc server components should be used. If you want to use LocalServer components, you must set the AspAllowOutOfProcComponents metabase setting. Please consult the help file for important considerations. "

The component on line 196 is:
Set Img = Server.CreateObject ("ImageMagickObject.MagickImage.1")

I have IIS6 compatibility components installed but I'm not sure how to set the website or apppool to use them or if i need to. Do I need to add a line in the applicationHosts.config file?

Thanks
Andrew

It turns out that I had installed the 64bit version of ImageMagick but was running the website in 32bit. I uninstalled ImageMagick 64bit and installed the 32bit. This solved the problem.
