I'm trying to familiarize myself with oobasic and developing macros in openoffice calc. I wanted to see the code that was automatically generated by recording a macro while changing the title of a chart. When I double click the chart (so I then can go into the chart properties) the &quot;stop recording&quot; window disappears. Then after I change the chart title I click somwhere else in the spreadsheet and the &quot;stop recording&quot; window comes back. When I click on the stop recording button, it never asks me to save the macro. <br />

Is it not possible to record macros that involve changing the properties of charts?
