SidebySide Errors 32 and 59

I receive these errors at startup and periodically throughout the day in my system event log. The PC is custom with Intel Quad core processor, 8GB RAM and NVIDIA FX3700 video card. I'm running driver 11.8246 which is successfully running without errors on several other identical machines. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and still have the same errors. Any help please.

Make sure you have the correct .NET Framwork for 64-bit OS installed.

flubbster - I was unable to install due to a version conflict. I assume it was because I have the sp1 installed.
ivanoviola - I did install the C++ 2008. I've rebooted once without the error coming back. I will report back on Monday to confirm if the error has not come back.

Thanks both for your input.
No more errors after the C++ 2008 install. Thanks for the help.
Great to hear. I'm glad it worked out.
