Event ID: 1005 Exchange 2007 System Attendant will not start at startup.

We keep receiving this error at startup on our new Windows Server 2008 running Exchange 2007 SP2. Its currently running in parallel with an old Exchange 2003 server because we are in the process of transitioning the mailboxes from one server to the other. I want to make sure that we get this resolved before I move the mailboxes over. We get them message at startup and the result is that the System Attendant will not start automatically at startup.
