Citrix app links not launching with Citrix plugin in Internet Explorer
In Windows XP when I go to my company's online Citrix web interface in my Internet Explorer 7 browser, none of the published applications will open after I login to the website. No errors, nothing.
When I log out of Windows XP and login as another user/profile, I go to the website and login to the web interface with my same credentials, and the applications launch with my Citrix 12 web plugin just fine.
What could be wrong with my other profile's settings that is making this happen?

Try clearing the Temp folder of the user and any other cached settings for Citrix in the user's Local Settings directory.
if nothing works, reinstall the client and check.
Also delete the key.. HKLM.... PN and PNagent etc

Things I have tried which have not resolved:
• Uninstalling, cleaning registry, then reinstalling Citrix 12.0 web plugin, and rebooting
• Resetting IE's advanced settings, and clearing all temp files, history and cookies, and SSL cache
• Launching from FireFox
Regarding HKLM, I see no PN and PNagent, etc in any of the Keys.

Login to the xp profle of the problem user.
Login to the WebInterface.
Go to connection preferences and switch to the Java client and test.
If this works, try setting back to the native client afterwards.

It looks like we do not have the Java client option available under any of the preferences.
The you need to connect you you Access or Secure Gateway and enable the Java client and test it.
