We are in the process of moving mailboxes to a new storage group on a new SAN. Things started off OK, but we have run into major problems with users who are syncing mobile devices to the server. These devices are mostly iPhones. I have tried:
-deleting the account on the phone and re-adding it
-removing Exchange attributes then reconnecting mailbox
-deleting device from mobile admin
-increase firewall timeout on HTTPS
Nothing is working so far. Please post any suggestions, if you have them.
