Drivers for ATI All In Wonder 9600XT on Windows 7

I recently installed windows 7 ultimate on  Sony pcv-rx660. I had previously installed an ATI all in wonder 9600xt capture and video card in it. I have the machine in dual boot with xp and windows 7. The problem is I've tried several drivers from ATI/AMD site including the ones I have installed in XP, But none seem to work if they even get installed. Windows Update actually installed the working video driver and after a couple if automatic updates installed the working audio driver (Intel 82801BA/BAM AC'97 Audio Controller
Provider: Microsoft Driver Date: 7/29/2008
Driver Version: 6.0.6001.18000), That I haven't been able to find to download either, I would like a driver that would get the tv tuner driver installed. Anybody with a possible solution please help.

Yeah I had already read on the ATI site and others while googleing about the lack of support from the manufacturer, I really wish I hadn't purchased this card back then. I was hoping someone had figured out a way to get the tv tuner part working in win7 or vista for that matter since it's the only part I'm missing to be able to fully use that card under 7. Most of the posts I found were dated back to 2006 that's why I figured I would try and ask here and now to see if a solution existed.

Hey cyrax01:
have you checked out this site?
http://www.jerrytravis.com/?p=281
can also try search for this driver(TV tuner portion of driver)
6-12_xcode_38463
no guaranties but could work in win 7. this is a hack though not a simple fix so you will occasionally get a weird errors//   and some freezing in 7 but like I said best you can do with what you got.

Let me know how that works out for you!! :)
sorry not driver Encoder Package
