install SQL server 2005 sp3 failed

Dear Experts,

When I upgrade sql server 2000 to SQL server 2005 by follow this steps:
backup in sql 2000, detach user DB, backup jobs.
run script get user login in sql 2000, then rerun script in SQL server 2005
restore jobs in sql sever 2005,
install sql server SP3.
when I installed SQL 2005 SP3, the SQL server management server stoped, I can not manually start SQL server SSMS.
Here is error from log file:

Error Number              : 29534
Error Description         : MSP Error: 29534  Service 'MSSQLSERVER' could not be started. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.
The error code is (126) The specified module could not be found.
I have no idea how to fix it. Can you help please.
