multiple scrols on one table on IE

Hey all i am using CoolGridview to create a table, however on IE the table creates its on Scrollbar so how can i disable that?

in a sense on IE i have my defined scrolbar and inside that Scroll bar there appears another scroll bar on the y and x axis
