Cannot rename folder

I created folder and new user.
I set ownership to this new user, I also granted full control for this new user and I set full control permissions for group named Management.
Administrator┬┤s account is not in this group. I am administrator and need to rename this folder. I tried to change ownership to Administrator and Administrators. I tried to grant full permissions to administrator too.
I am still unable to rename this folder. It writes for example: You require permission from DOMAIN\Administrator to make chages to this folder.
Where can be problem?
