Are ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID set correctly?

Where... not sure how that relates. &nbsp;The 2 databases are up and I can connect to them without issue.<br />
However, when I go into Grid Control, it is having problems connecting to them and shows the 'failed to connect to database instance' error message.<br />
Note: &nbsp;the EM repository is on a separate server. &nbsp;I've bounced OMS and the agent as well as the agent on the database server... All the other databases i can 'see' in grid control, excep 2 of them.<br />
