Hire a professional to set up a proxy server for video streaming
Not sure if this is the right forum, but I am a bit lost - I am looking to hire someone knowledgeable to set up a proxy server in Finland (for video streaming from a Finnish site), and I have no idea where to turn.
How do I get it done, any suggestions? Where on earth do I go to hire an expert?

It is not difficult to find someone willing to accept my money, but how do I know they are any good? I have tried a couple of freelance sites before but got disappointed each time (ripped off, even). Plus, this seems to me to be a narrow field of expertise, not sure if just any IT-pro will do??
Check out the Microsoft MVP site (www.microsoft.com/mvp) and search for an MVP near you. I don't know off-hand about anyone there, but I can try to find out.

The MVP professionals seem great - I didn't find anyone with keyword "proxy", but will check that site out a bit more and the freelancer links too, thanks...

Got turned down by two MVP's so far, now looking at the freelancer sites.
