Migrate Win2003 Std R2 to win2008 Std

Hi Guys,
i'm recently buy a new server and install windows 2008 std on it.
now my problem is i have an old server with with win2003 std r2 and i don't have idea how transfer all my info to the new server, including my policies, and files of the users....
i don't want to modify nothing on each client, i just want to change the server with a newer OS.....
anybody know a tutorial or somebody can explain how i can do this?
