RBL Policy ##

Our company hosts our exchange server in house, and about 3 weeks ago we were placed on the spamhaus blocklist, but cannot remember which one. After about 6 hours I managed to get our ip cleared and have had reletively few problems since.

One of our customers however still seemed to have use blocked. In checking the undeliverable the error I get is

exc106.XYZ.CA #550 5.7.1 Message rejected because of RBL policy ##

I checked again to insure that we did not get relisted but spamhaus and spamcop.net both show the ip address clear. and assistance would be appreciated.
