RBL Policy ##

Our company hosts our exchange server in house, and about 3 weeks ago we were placed on the spamhaus blocklist, but cannot remember which one. After about 6 hours I managed to get our ip cleared and have had reletively few problems since.

One of our customers however still seemed to have use blocked. In checking the undeliverable the error I get is

exc106.XYZ.CA #550 5.7.1 Message rejected because of RBL policy ##

I checked again to insure that we did not get relisted but spamhaus and spamcop.net both show the ip address clear. and assistance would be appreciated.

Check your IP on www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and make sure you are not listed elsewhere.

You can ignore the timeouts.  If you are not listed on the others - you should be safe.
Happy to help ; )
What is your reputation on www.senderbase.org like?

Looking up senderbase.org I find our SBRS is good, FWD/RVS DNS match, Daily mag 1.6, monthly mag 2.0.

I'm assuming this is good information and thus should not be getting blocked.

Good is Good : )Sounds like they are either using an obscure Block List or have you manually listed. You may have to contact them and ask to be delisted, showing them the mxtoolbox results for proof that they are blocking you incorrectly.
