I don't believe that PayPal sends information to your server, your server requests information from the PayPal server, so you shouldn't need to unblock any ports.

And why two topics for pretty much the same thing?
paypal will only send data to your server if you configure Instant Payment Notifications within your PayPal account. This operates over https on port 443 and http on port 80 but these should be unblocked anyway.

Log in to your paypal account and select PROFILE from the right hand side of the horizontal menu bar. When the next screen appears, IPN is half way down the rightmost column. You will need to create a script on your server and you enter the address of that script as your "IPN Callback".
