Buffalo Tera Station and Windows Server 2008 Authentification
Experts,
We have two Buffalo Tera Stations that we use a network storage drives and file access across our domain.
Recently we upgraded our AD, DNS servers to Windows Server 2008. When we went back to update the assigned DNS address in the two staions to the new DNS on the 2008 Server we were unable to authinticate to the domain from the stations.
Has anyone seen this issue before?
Thanks

You may have to remove the Buffalo NAS back to a workgroup and rejoin the existing domain; the Terastations from my little working with them tend to be fussy.

Thanks for the post. I have done that several time to no avail.
From what I've been able to glean Windows 2008 DCs have been an issue for the TeraStations since 2008's been around.
