Exchange 2010 on ESXi 4 Virtual Machine, Snapshots OK?

I have Server 2008 Standard 64 bit without-HyperV with SP2 on a virtual machine on an ESXi 4 host.

I understand that I can't take snapshots once I install exchange.

What about pre-existing snapshots?  Should I delete all pre-existing snapshots before I begin the installation of Exchange Server 2010?

Thanks.

for me Yes, snapshots with Exchange and DC's can do harm more that benefit.

YES!!!...your VM could (and I do mean "could"...not that it will) get corrupted if you don't. I always recommend to posters to NOT use snapshots. If you do, delete them fairly instantaneously. Use them ONLY for when doing updates/patches on a VM. When done...delete them (the snapshots that is). Not only do they have the potential to corrupt the VMDK, but take up space on your datastore.
