Removed PC still showing up in Summary Network Report with SBS 2008

I removed a computer from the SBS Console under Network. I checked Active Directory to make sure the PC is gone. Yet, the computer still shows up on my daily Summary Report as a workstation missing updates. Please advise.

Thanks.

Under Adminstrative tools, open the WSUS snap-in. (Windows Server Update Services)...

From there, you'll see the interface to the service that SBS uses behind the scenes.  On the left is "computers.  Expand that and you should either see the list of computers on the right, or at least a list of groups if you've divided your PCs into groups. If necessary, select the appropriate group that the PC used to belong to.

In the main display, when the computer name is visible, click on it and click remove.

that's it.  Should resolve the issue. It may stick around for one more report depending on the data collection cycle, but it'll disappear within a day or two.

Hi, I don't have a WSUS snap-in. I didn't install that role on the SBS server.

Thanks.

WSUS is an integrated part of SBS and was installed for you. If the computer is showing up in the reports, that is why.

The snap-in isn't exactly call Windows Server Update Services...
Was called Windows Server Update Services in SBS 2012.
Try running this is if your missing the snap-in for some reason.

"C:\Program Files\Update Services\administrationsnapin\wsus.msc"
