IAS RADIUS DNS

Hey guys,

I am using RADIUS for VPN authentication on my corporate network....

Where does it pull its DNS from?

I ask as I have a problem, when I do an IPCONFIG /ALL when on VPN, I am getting a DNS server thats at a different site than where the server is... and this site is known to go down occassionally, making DNS to VPN users useless...

Where would I change that setting, or have it use a specific DNS server thats located at the same site as the RADIUS server?

Thanks in advance.

RADIUS only handles the authentication. Your VPN endpoint gets its DNS and other settings from the service terminiting the VPN tunnel...which if you are using a purely MS solution could be RAS, RRAS, or ISA/TMG depending on your configuration.
