Permission level NONE not available for indivual under Outlook 2007

I want to leave default access as free / busy time but want set a specific user eg. JoeSmith permission level to NONE. However, when I select a user from address book the permission level NONE is not available? Minimum is free / busy time? How to deny specific users access to any information in Calendar in Outlook 2007 / Exchange 2007

Hi itas01,

Free busy time is held centrally on the server and updated every 15 mins but default. This cannot be hidden from specific users.

Totallytonto,
yes it can be hidden by changing default access to NONE which I have done. But what we want is Default access to stay same and just set permission to none for a specific user / group

Had to do a workaround. Lotus Notes is a lot more flexible in this regard!
