Meeting Request gets deleted from Outlook Clients.

I have an Exchange 2003 SP2 STD Edition and Exchange 2007 Server in the Environment.

For some users when they receive a Meeting Request in their Inbox and they try to accept it or decline it, they get the following error.

"This meeting is not in the Calendar; it may have been moved or deleted."

This is quite Random and does not happen for all the meeting request that has been send.

Thanks for the Link Kumar. The "Adjust for Daylight Saving Time" Option is been checked for these users.

These users are from Exchange 2003. Exchange 2007 users does not have any problem.

Two thoughts:

Try closing outlook then running  'outlook.exe /cleanreminders' to clean up the calendar.

if that doesnt do it, try the 'cledar the forms cache' section of this

If i configure the Outlook profile on another Machine, issue still remains the same.  So could Form Cache would make a difference. I will try the steps that you suggested and monitor the same. Thanks for the Link.

Hmm, that throws a spanner in the works. Give both options a try anyway but it makes me less sure it will help.
let me know.

I will try it out and let you know. Thanks again....
I resolved the Issue by moving the Mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Any other suggestion that i tried did not work. Thanks for all your suggestions though.
