ML150 G3 upgrade

I have a HP ML150 G3 Server with SAS drives and one 1.6G CPU.

It is running out of power and I would like to upgrade with dual CPU's. What are my options? I know they have to be matched and so on but it seems that 2Ghz is the limit.
