The question is not very clear...
Can we assume you are buying an MPLS L3 VPN, then it depends on how it is handed over to you. Does your provider have a router in your office (CPE) that gives you an Etheret interface, or do they hand it to your on a WAN interface and you have your own routers everywhere?
If you have your own router and a WAN interface, any choice of routing protocol will need to be done together with the VPN provider who is controlling the router on the other end of the WAN link.
Also, you need to decide if all sites need access to each other, or if they only need access to the central site.
It is also important to know if any sites have redundant links, or any other backup solution - which is the primary use of a routing protocol.
It is perfectly fine to use static routing, particularly if there are no redundant links and if you do not add or remove sites very often.
You should also consider the internal routing in each remote site. Will they receive Internet Access via this VPN (default route) or do each have its own internet access. Are there other routers in each site that need to work with the router used for MPLS VPN.

Thnks all. problem solved. Just configured the static routing. it works fine.
ASKER
Static Routing has to configured in the server instd of routers. which solves the issue very simply.
