GPO edtior | an appropriate resource file could not be found for file C:\windows\policydefinitions\*12.admx (error = 2)

Hi all,

im following this guide http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/policies.htm
 my objective is to set a default font for all word docs and emails throughout the domain, across office 2003/2007/2010,

ive copied all the files from the admin templates/ork to windows\inf and windows\policydefinitions

but then i get the error as above

GPO edtior | an appropriate resource file could not be found for file C:\windows\policydefinitions\*12.admx (error = 2)
for all of the office 12 and office 14 admx files

what have i done wrong here?

ive copied them all to server 2008 r2
