Exchange 03 redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Hi,

I"m having an issue where the following error is displayed when trying to access our exchange OWA.

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I've tried a few different things, however there are a few shared sites under Default Web Site so I don't want to poke around too much. Additionally I am not the guy who set all this up in the first place - if it were up to me I would wipe and reinstall. I digress. I've included a few screen shots that I think may be pertinent. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you.

Does this happen on all clients? Seems like a cookie problem.

-Try clear browser cache Tools, Options, Privacy clear you recent history

-If that doesnt work try disable/enable cookies for site http://kb.mozillazine.org/Websites_report_cookies_are_disabled

-If that doesnt work try Tools, Options, Privacy, remove individual cookies, delete the folder for this domain

-If that doesnt work, try more reading: http://kb.mozillazine.org/The_page_is_not_redirecting_properly

It is not a cookie problem. I have googled and found/tried all the common fixes before I posted at EE. What I'm looking for is an IIS/Exchange person to comment on a possible fix.

OK, I dug a little more and found that our A records were not pointing to the right place! Once I tried to browse by IP everything worked fine. I shot off a nice little email to our hosting provider in charge of our A records. We recently moved and somehow the A records were changed. Unreal.

Maybe archive this so that others can search on it? I wish I would have tried this first!
