DNS issue? I can not access a certian website from one computer, but all others are fine?

Hi all
I cannot access one of my websites from one single computer (happens to be a dev computer that I need to be working with)
I can access all other web sites from this computer and I can access the website in question from all other computers.
Is there a way to mess up the DNS on a single computer?  Or, a better question...  Is there a way to (unblock or fix it  ;-)
Thanks All
Danny

It is possible to mess up DNS, as suggested, you can flush the DNS cache if necessary. It is also possible that this one computer has DNS servers that aren't aware of (or are blocking, in the case of OpenDNS) the website in questoin when the other computers don't. If flushing the DNS cache doesn't work then performing an ipconfig /all on a workstation that works and comparing it to the output from the one that doesn't would be very helpful.

The solution did not seem work right after I tried the ipconfig /flushdns
I came back a few hours later and it appears to be working.  DNS things are a bit of a mistry to me...
It had started working and then stopped earlier today so I'll wait to see if the flush was the answer.
I did compare the export from ipconfig /all fo two machines but couldne see anything apparent.  The one having issues did have a couple of VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapters - below is one...

Ethernet adapter VMware Network Adapter VMnet1:

        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
        Description . . . . . . . . . . . : VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1
Thanks for your kind assistance!
