There isnt a specified driver from HP so just use the standard windows driver thats installed.  All drivers you need are here:

From here http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/DS_00178/DS_00178.pdf it looks like your graphics are either NVIDIA Quadro FX 580 or FX 380.

You may wish to try the nvidia smart scan here http://www.nvidia.com/object/smartscan_faq.html or go here http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index5.aspx?lang=en-us and search manually.

I gonna need an absolute correct one if U don't mind becaus I can't risk testing & trying difference driver & reboots!
Sorry for being bump but...
Pls advise
Can i ask why you need a dedicated driver? most of the servers i work with these days work just fine with the default windows drivers that are installed

I have to agree, this a server not a desktop, you need 1024x768:32 windows drivers will give you that.

All Very true - undisputed
But here's why:
I'm using VPN instead of RDP
I can't get full screen (1024x768)
Not sure if this support point / theory?!

Ok I am lost,

RDP means "Remote Desktop Protocol" how can you "rdp" to "all network workstations and server" without using RDP?

Anyhow, do you get 1024x768 when logging on at the server console?
