OK here is the real problem. I basically am on the domain and I am IT Assistant and I have to log on to diferrent computers for different reasons. Active directories actually attach machine seed with the user profile and it expets user to use that machine.<br />
Just because I was logging on to different computers with my profile, my seed was corrupted. &nbsp;and that led to corruption of my Applicatin Data folder corruption. That led to all these problems.<br />

                      i am seeing this error every-time I try to load filezilla. The error says " failed to create back up copy of XML  file". i am not sure what is that supposed to mean?
